Do you want soft and fluffy, static free, faster drying clothes?

Back in the day, when I started to do my laundry, I would do everything that someone would suggest. I like wearing super soft clothing, which could be costly, and I wanted to take really good care of them and make them last longer. My regimen was to wash cold water with Dreft laundry detergent, and Downy softener in a Downy ball. I would then dry my clothes on medium heat with 2 dryer sheets with 2 tennis balls. Then I go a little older and read a little more and started to hear about all the links of softener to cancer. I don’t know about the rest of you but I totally freak out when I hear the C word. I immediately google for answers and freak the hell out. So I got rid of the dryer sheets and looked for an alternative for a fluffy dyer effect. That’s when I stumbled across these lovely Dryer Balls.

Dryer Balls are designed to leave your clothes soft and static free. Dryer Balls help to lift and separate the clothes reducing static and drying time as well as leaving the clothes soft and fluffy. The Dryer Balls work by improving the circulation of heat and air through your wet clothes. So, less expensive than dryer sheets, better for you, and dries faster? Hmmmm seems like a no brainer to me.

I still love my Dreft laundry detergent and Downy softener. They make my clothes smell so fresh and snuggly. But of course I don’t use a double dose of Downy softener anymore.
